Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS for reliable delivery service. The carrier will be selected based on your shipping address and delivery preferences.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Oversized or high-value camera equipment may require a signature upon delivery.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@picksandpedals.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
