Refund and Returns Policy

At Pixcel Click, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your camera or accessories for any reason, we’re here to help. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.


30-Day Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Opened memory cards or batteries

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Customized or special-order products


Return Process

  1. Contact Us at contact@picksandpedals.com or through our Returns Center to initiate a return.

  2. We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.

  3. Carefully pack your item, include the RMA number, and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If the item is damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition, only a partial refund may be granted.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Include photos and a description of the issue.

  • We’ll work with you to issue a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
